Since the beginning of
his memorial, over 100,000 of Kevin's key rings have been
distributed.
Something that started out as a local memorial in 1997, has become a
worldwide memorial since 1999.
Preserving the memory of our son, Kevin and hopefully helping others
become aware of the dangers related to driving under the influence. |

This site is here to
preserve the memory of our son, Kevin Brockway, and to hopefully
make a difference regarding the dangers of driving while
intoxicated.
There is nothing great about driving drunk. It places you and
others at risk, at risk of life altering injuries - even death. You
should NEVER consider driving after drinking. It's a crime and
completely unacceptable! Unfortunately, it's one of the highest
crimes committed, yet it's preventable. Remember, drunk
driving crashes are crashes, not accidents.
If you feel that drunk driving doesn't affect others and it only
affects you, think again. Everyone has friends and family that love
and care about them. The pain that is caused when someone is killed
is unbearable. Never think you are indestructible, because
you are not.
Kevin was a wonderful son and brother. The pain and sadness that we
now live with everyday, is unbelievable. He had a future ahead of
him just like you.
When alcohol is used, good judgment is not possible. Do not ever
consider driving after you have been drinking. There are many
other alternatives: call a cab, call a sober friend, call your
parents, go with a designated driver, or stay right where you're at,
if possible. |
